Cometchaser Windclan Warrior A grin appeared on Cometchaser’s lips when feeling a familiar scent enter his nostrils, lowering his head for a moment to press his lips against Goldenrose’s forehead as the rose gold molly was rubbing her cheek against his broad chest. The two were curled up together in their shared nest, Goldenrose had easily convinced him to stay in the nest a little longer.. So he sent Desertpaw and Dustpaw to perform their duties within the elder’s den along with helping their father Quiethawk with collecting any herbs that he needed. The past few moons, the couple had been attached to the hip, never leaving each other’s side. Upon returning to the clans, Orion had discovered that Goldenrose had gotten sick from the oil spill. Quickly giving Quiethawk the herb, the black Maine Coon had quickly climbed into her nest and gathered her into his arms to hold her tight, promising Goldenrose that he wouldn’t leave her again. It took a couple of weeks,but Goldenrose had started to return to normal with Cometchaser taking care of her with any need that she had. After Goldenrose had fully recovered, Cometchaser had told her about his decision about choosing to stay in Windclan, to be with her. The molly was extremely happy about the news, and Orion had an official naming ceremony and was named Cometchaser. Now, Cometchaser enjoyed the clan life and performed any duties that were given. But one thing still needed to be done, it was quite overdue. The massive Maine Coon had figured how he would do this, and it took a couple of weeks to figure out how he would accomplish it.. So while Goldenrose was sleeping, he slipped out of their nest to work quietly within the night after gathering a bunch of roses. It wasn’t until he hit a roadblock, as he couldn’t figure out the size of her head… So he went with the next best thing, waking up Softbreeze and using her as a head model since the white and silver warrior was around the same size as her mother. The newly named warrior wasn’t pleased when woken up, and had a couple of choice words towards Cometchaser.. But she agreed to help, so he would stop bothering her. “Rose..” Cometchaser said softly, his nose pressing against her forehead while releasing a gentle purr as the rose gold molly snuggled into him. A grin appeared on his lips when she looked up at him and he beckoned his head towards the entrance of the warriors den, excited for this little plan. “I want to show you something, it’s a surprise.” He said cheekily before leaning to peck his lips against her own before watching her moving away from him to get up. Getting up, he went towards her and intertwined their tails together before leading her out of the den and into the clearing. Nodding his head towards Eveningstorm in greetings as the younger tom was speaking with Cactuspaw and Rockypaw. The black Maine Coon turned to look towards Goldenrose and nudged her lightly “I’ll treat you to a grooming session and find a honey comb for you later.. Gotta treat my gal to the best.” He said to her, pressing his nose against her ear. It wasn’t a secret that Cometchaser enjoyed taking care of her, making her feel loved and appreciated.
