A soft hum came from the young mother, her pink drawing over the ears of her kittens making sure they were well okay before she slipped out for the afternoon wanting a chance to stretch her legs and maybe find something to bring back to her children. It had been about two moons she had given birth, for what she thought was bringing in four healthy kittens to the world all, but one had managed to survive the last few moons. She had felt as if her life had ended, falling into a slight depression as she had done her best to be the best mother she could be for her remaining child. That was all going to change when she had met a small lonesome kitten in the territory. Despite the aching feeling she'd get about her other kittens who didn't get to make it so long in life there was a part of her that glowed. It was as if starclan had took some form of pity on her and giving her another kitten to care for in replace of the ones she lost. As much as she adored Spottedkit and Duskkit she felt that sometimes being alone or letting them explore the den and interact with their peers, plus she may or may not have managed to convince someone to watch them as she went out for a breather.
Teablossom had no particular direction or thought of what she wanted to do when she had finally managed to squeeze out of the camp. Her blue hues shifting across the blanket of snow that resided on the ground. Ears flickering in the breeze as she started walking in a random direction pausing here and there to see if she could scent anything that could be nearby. It had been a rather tough season before the clan, a constant change in ranks to the black goo that took over to even the cold that had crept on them.
It hadn't been long until the molly had found herself crashing into something or more like someone. Tumbling back against her hunches the molly stared wide eyed at the tom she had unluckily ran into. "My dear! I am so sorry are you alright?" She quickly asked her ears falling against her ears.
Haysneeze
Blinking his olive green eyes several times as the warrior was still having a hard time comprehending that he had just taken a stumble down a small hill. āHopefully I donāt have an concussionā he inwardly complains, trying to cover up that fact he was embarrassed for not paying attention to where he was going. Huffing to himself for his clumsiness as he makes his way back up the hill towards the guilt ridden molly. Smacking his lips together once as he studies Teablossom, he could tell that she felt bad for running into him, and no matter how much he would love to place blame on her, he knew he was also to blame. Sighing as he forces a small reassuring smile at Teablossom, there was no need for her to be a worry wart! Haysneeze was fine besides a little bruising to his nonexistent pride.
Shivering slightly as the snow dampened on his short brown and white pelt, bloody leaf-bare. āI am fine.ā He clipped, hating when others would continuously question him, Heavyroar use to second guess him quite often. āSorryā¦not a fan of the coldā he meekly apologizes, realizing he had sounded rude. Ear flicking slightly in her direction as he struggles to hear her mumbled words, humming quietly as he takes in the new information. Now that she mentioned it, he now knew where he had seen her before. Course they resided in the same clan, but that did not often mean one would know everyone. Haysneeze often only associated with others when he had to, or if it was one of his siblings. The tall tomcat vaguely remembers seeing Teablossom resting outside the nursery quite often.
Being a loner within the clan meant he often enough caught onto pointless or juicy gossip. Chewing on his inner cheek as he heard the terrible news that Teablossom had lost not only one but three out of the four kittens during birth. It was a silent tragedy to many, and he could tell that she was not handling it well, but who would? She carried four kitten within her womb for two moons, waiting for them to be born only to have one survive. Frowning at the thought, he would not know what he would do in her position. Hating himself for making her feel like she had to justify her actions, she had every right to leave the nursery for a breatherāto mourn in peace.
āYou donāt have to explain yourself to me.ā He finally says, his olive green gaze locking with her blue gaze once she finally looks in his direction. āBeing in camp felt suffocatingā¦ā he trails off, not sure if he should elaborate further or just stop talking altogether. Though, Haysneeze felt like he should explain himself as well to ease Teablossom. āIt just doesnāt feel the same without my brother, Heavyroar. I just donāt know how to feel about the whole situation with Gravelstarā Hay could not help but roll his eyes slightly at mentioning the new leader of Thunderclan. Tilting his wedged cranium and giving her a one shoulder shrug, āNot fond of the cold but not fond of annoying gossip.ā He states simply with a small frown on his lips.

To say the molly felt bad from running into the tom was a complete and utter understatement. Guilt surged through the pits of her stomach as she prayed that the feline wouldn't fall ill because of her reckless behavior. Normally the molly was fine and was one to pay attention to things but at that current moment she had a million to one thoughts bouncing around her head causing her normal attentive behavior to be nonexistent. When the tom hadn't yelled at her it caused her to relax just a little.
A small frown prickled the corner of her lips as she casted her blue hues off to the side, " I'm so very sorry again... are you sure you're okay?" She asked starting off first before she added, "I suppose I'm alright just needed to clear my head a bit before I go back to the nursery..." She mumbled softly her tail slightly twitching slightly. Her remaining kit and her newly found one had meant the world to her but there was just some times where the loss of her others caused her to really get loss in thought and not in a good way so to prevent her from getting upset she would take the time to go out and hunt of walk the territory before returning to them.
It had been rather hard on the young queen especially since the tom that really fathered her kits wanted nothing and the fact that she had to straight up lie that her "mate" had been a friend that had passed when the black throat plague was at its highest peak having to burry him and her three other children. "I... uh... needed a break from Duskkit and Spottedkit while they napped and one of the queens watched over them.. How come you're out here so late? Are you cold?" She asked softly finally deciding to meet the others gaze her ears nervously flickering.
Haysneeze
Scoffing under his breath as the white and gingerbread brown patched tom slips out of Thunderclan camp. Not even sparring another glance at the other felines gossiping amongst themselves. Haysneeze was not in the best mood, not after the poor excuse of a clan meeting the other day. Frowning as he remembers the shock he felt when realizing that Heavyroar would not becoming Heavystar, but a mere warrior that claims that Wildstar chose him over the rightful leader. How could this be?! Heavyroar was chosen as deputy, if Wildstar wanted to leave then Heavyroar was the rightful leader! He knew he was not the only one who thought that, but the clan was in such a disarray that he knew his discontent would not help matters. Haysneeze did what he did bestāhe walked away. As the tall lean tomcat was not one to be so open and confrontational, as he tended to sulk and brood on his own.
It felt odd knowing that his older littermate, Heavyroar was no longer thereā¦he had only managed a brief goodbye before his departure. Part of that stung Hay, as his brother had not even suggested they leave together. Frowning to himself, scuffing up the earth with his sharp claws with each step as his anger and anxiety set in. Lashing his long flowing tail side to side, Haysneeze had no idea what he was doing right now, but he knew that he could longer sit in camp and pretend everything was fine. No he would not follow in Heavyroarās paw steps, he would not abandon his clan just because things were not going the way he hoped. Shaking his cranium with a small sigh escaping his lips, relaxing at the calming sound of the iced snow crunching beneath his paws.
Closing his olive and golden eyes as he enjoys the silence around him. The tomcat was too busy in his own head that he hadnāt noticed Teablossom as he rounds a corner. Gasping in surprise when they ram into one another. Losing his footing as he pivots backwards, only to feel the snow beneath him give way. Causing the white and brown tom to fall down the small slope. Cursing unintelligently as he finally comes to a stop, the snow already seeping into his short pelt. Shivering slightly, frowning as he lightly scowls up at Teablossom. Taking in her large eyes and apologetic gaze, her concerned sweet voice interrupting the silence. Biting his tongue, refraining from the cruel and sharp quip on the tip of his tongue. He was fine before she barreled into him.
Clumsily rising to his paws, using his long tail to flick the remaining snow off of him. With a shuddering breath he manages to say, āI am fineā¦.are you?ā He added awkwardly, as
If he only now realized that she had asked him a question. Scrunching up his face before turning his head to the side as a large sneeze escaped him. Great. Hopefully he was not getting a cold. āWhat are you doing out here?ā Haysneeze wondered with an arched brow. Slowly the tall feline begins to trek back up, heading towards Teablossom.
