The Clan of Maple and Birch
SkyClan has made their home in the southwest corner of the land that the Clans' claim. Their territory is what you would get if you threw RiverClan and ThunderClan into a blender. They have a large rivers bordering their territory, along with towering oaks, spindly birch and aspen, and a few willows near their border with RiverClan. They border the town and Outskirts to the south, and the ocean to the west.

Skyclan is growing! Firestar and Auroraskies 6 kits have now become apprentices as well as welcoming their 2nd litter of 5 kits! The 6 kits of Littledove and Tigersnap have also earned their apprentice names! Just when SkC believed Leaf-bare was settling down, an icy snow storm has settled within the clans. During a time of need Firestar has let Snowstar and Riverclan reside with Skyclan until the storm passes. Within this crisis Bayleaf has shown the responsibility and empathy during time of need. This did not go unnoticed by Firestar, who has decided to officially announce Bayleaf as his deputy!

SkyClan's new camp is found by a patrol led by Yellowstorm, the deputy at the time.
2008
Birchstar loses a life due to a fox trap in the territory.
2009
Ebonypetal, with the guidance of StarClan, takes Shellpaw on as her apprentice.
2010
Yellowstorm passes due to health complications compounded by an infected tooth. Birchstar chooses Amberfoot as his new deputy.
2011
After Ebonypetal passes away due to old age, StarClan gives Shellpaw her full medicine cat name, Shellpelt.
Jun '13
Birchstar looses his remaining lives falling off a cliff into the ocean while saving curious kittens. Amberfoot becomes Amberstar and names Tigerlily as her deputy.
2014
With sickness sweeping through the Clan, Shellpelt takes on Cloudpaw as her apprentice.
2015
Many pass from an unknown disease that causes fever, weight loss, aggression, muscle spasms, and drooling.
2016
Tigerlily succumbs to the illness, leaving Amberstar to appoint Sunnystep as the new deputy. Shellpelt leaves the Clan, unable to stand the back-to-back endemics. Cloudpaw becomes Cloudjumper and takes Juniperpaw on as his apprentice.
2017
Under unknown causes, Juniperpaw dies due to consumption of nightshade berries. Cloudjumper receives visions of a rogue, who joins the Clan under the name Saffronpaw, eventually becoming his new apprentice.
2018
Amberstar retires to the elder's den, leaving Sunnystep to become Sunnystar. He names Blazeleap as his deputy. Saffronpaw earns her full name, Saffrongaze.

Cloudjumper joins StarClan on his own terms, leaving Saffrongaze the sole medicine cat.
Nov '19
Sunnystar disappears. Blazeleap steps up as Blazestar and names Firebird as her deputy.
Dec '19
Water levels dangerously high due to a hurricane making land, SkyClan seeks refuge with ShadowClan in the mountains, where they're eventually joined by half of RiverClan.
Jan '20
SkyClan returns to their camp, which needs a bit of resconstruction. Saffrongaze finds a kit in the river, which she takes into the Clan and names Speckledkit.
Feb '20
Blazestar returns to the life of a kittypet, leaving Firebird to become Firestar after the two journey to the Moon Cave to have her lives transferred to him. While there, Firestar receives a vision of who is deputy should be, Rookfall.

Speckledkit, now Speckledpaw, becomes Saffrongaze's apprentice.
Apr '20
Firestar, approached by Hornetstar, allies SkyClan with RiverClan and ShadowClan.
May '20
Tensions finally come to blows when RiverClan, ShadowClan, and SkyClan attempt to kill Wolfstar on a dawn patrol. A battle commences between all five Clans, only stopped when Wisteriastar calls a halt to the battle upon learning of Pantherstorm's death. Hours after the battle, Rookfall turns up missing, leaving Firestar to appoint Dawnstorm the new deputy.
Feb '21
Saffrongaze has a vision of a black liquid tainting her body. The vision costs her the ability of sight and she steps down from medicine cat, making Speckledmoss the sole Clan healer. Also at this time, SkyClan deals with an attack from rogues, one that cost Firestar a life.

Firestar and Speckledmoss witness the oil tainting the moonstone at the gathering.

Frostburn receives a dream from Crystaldove to meet a group of other cats at the Ghostly Flats.
Aug '21
Cats of SkyClan who were comatose from the oil mysteriously wake up.

Frostburn leaves on a journey to retrieve a herb said to absorb the oil.
