🌙 lavendermoon 🌙
Large gray clouds hung tightly in the mid afternoon skies the threat of snow being rather prominent as leafbare continued to take its beating on the clans below. If only they had known that very soon all would be battered about with a rather harsh snowstorm that would certainly take anyone off guard. The light gray and white molly had decided to take this time to try and hunt a little perhaps patrol the border a little before going back to the warriors den hiding away from the bitter cold that continued to claw her back her normally fluffy fur doing nothing to protect her from the coldness. Deciding to keep to herself she had set out pretty early more wanting to be alone for the time being.
If only that were the case, she wasn't sure what she had done or if she had said the wrong thing in the past but she had managed to find herself being taunted and mistreated by some of her clanmates. At first she had tried her best to protect herself from their wrath doing anything and everything she could to protect herself she had found herself not doing much in her favor, if anything it had mad things a lot more worse for the young molly then it did any good. That day just so happened to not be any day, having had thought for sure she was alone and not being followed she had managed to find herself in a rather sticky situation the moment she stepped even remotely close to the overgrown logs.
A large brown tom had stepped outside from the shadows a few others of the "leaders" goons followed in suit. The molly had paused her ears flattening against her skull as she adverted her blue hues, "Driftwolf please leave me alone... I just want to be alone" She mumbled as she took a step away from him only to be stopped. Letting out a sickening snicker the tom leaned closed to the molly his green hues rather cold, "And why would I leave you alone? Whats the fun in that?" He hissed softly before giving a shove towards the smaller feline. "Besides we could help with whatever it is you're doing its not like you can do much very well anyways. The last thing we need is your pathetic butt scaring off any prey that may be close by. Why do you even bother anyways you should leave it to those who are actually a better warrior then you." He taunted as he started to circle the molly.
Lavendermoon had slowly sunk to the ground flinching slightly when she felt the other shove her a bit trying her best to keep away from the others advances. Avoiding any glances towards him she flattened her ears against her skull, "J-just go.." She sniffled a little keeping her tail close to her side. Just there mere sound of the molly potentially crying caused the tom to laugh, "Awe is the baby crying now? See y'all she can't even take a joke" He laughed out causing the molly to burry her face in her paws.

Disgusting. Just the way Driftwolf was holding himself and looking down upon Lavendermoon was enough to boil his blood in anger. Breathing in slowly, he knew that he needed to bite back the retort that wanted to slip out, swallowing his words. “Well just keep on laughing I guess.” Clayflight said in an unamused drawl, nose twitching. Pale baby blue eyes flickered down towards the molly as she kept herself flat against the ground, but he looked back up towards Driftwolf and shrugged. “That’s okay. She’s been working hard so she’s due to rest her legs.” Clayflight made up the excuse, standing by her side.
Grunting slightly in surprise to hear that Driftwolf and his followers had actually been participating in a patrol, giving a fake smile with a tip of his own tail. “Maybe you should follow through with finishing that patrol? I know Hailgaze was wondering where you went off to.” Clayflight countered, eyes narrowing as he refused to back away while they two males glared at one another. Whiskers twitching slightly as Driftwolf made a final jab at Lavendermoon, his jaw tightening slightly before he looked back down at the molly as she seemed to relax now that Driftwolf and his gang were padding away. She looked completely broken, the tip of his tail twitching slightly as he looked away from her with a thoughtful gaze. How long had this been going on? Who all had been turning a blind eye?
Shaking his head, he looked back towards Lavendermoon. “It’s your lack of confidence that makes things worse.” He argued but then breathed in slowly to control his anger. “Of course, I need to do that. That wasn't any trouble at all. Driftwolf has always been an asshole and picking on you is just sickening.” Clayflight growled softly, lifting a broad paw as he lightly swiped dirt off of her pelt. “Have you told Hailgaze about this?” He questioned, pressing his lips together in concern. “Maybe we should tell him? He’s deputy for a reason and this would be one of those reasons. Lavendermoon. You are being bullied and it’s not okay.” Clayflight was arguing.

The small molly was just dreading her time spent in that area the more she just let them continue the more she wished the earth would just open up below her and swallow her whole. Anything better then being in that current situation. That was until she heard a familiar yet unfamiliar voice. It had caused her breath to catch in her throat and her heart to simply pound against her chest. Was this another cat to torment her more then she was already receiving? All she really wanted was some alone time to simply go about her business and to just do her own thing for once.
It had caused the molly to do a double take when the tom simply stood up for her causing her to raise her head and staring at him wide eyed. Was she hearing Clayflight right? Or was this just a figment of her imagination? Lavendermoon was just completely at a loss of word for the kind gesture that was all when she heard her bully snort. "Whats it matter to you? The fact you'd even consider HER a clanmate is the funniest joke out there honestly good one." He simply shrugged before grinning staring down at the duo. "The fact she can't even stand up for herself is an even more of a point." He added before twitching his tail.
"Since you're so keen to knowing we've been doing things we just finished a border patrol. What have you done" He hissed softly before he motioned for his friends to follow him. "Have fun dealing with the cry baby" He hissed out before he padded off glaring at the two. When the ground left the molly finally managed to let out a sigh of release closing her pale blue hues as she tried to relax. "I-it doesn't matter I've tried anything and everything to get them t-to stop.... If anything it makes it worse." She mumbled.
Slowly pushing herself up from the ground she finally mustered enough confidence to look up at the tom that had helped her giving him a weak smile. " S-sorry for causing you any trouble you really d-didn't need to do that," she whispered off meeting the toms gaze as she stood just a tad bit below him her expression completely blank.

Nuisances the lot of them. Even with the storm brewing high over his head, the male could hear the whimpers of a terrified clanmate and the snarling laughter of another. Brows pulled together as the tomcat stayed low in the tall yellow grass, his baby blue eyes slowly drifting over the felines that were torturing Lavendermoon, pupils narrowing into slit as they mocked her cries. What low-life’s. Upper lip curling over his white teeth in anger, his tail bristled as he finally stepped out from the tall grass, head tilting as he first looked at the she-cat on the ground. He knew of her, but they had yet to hold a real conversation. Now these thugs before him, they were always an issue in WindClan, believing they were high and mighty. “Don’t you have better things to do than make one your own clanmates cry?” Clayflight asked, his tone clipped and annoyed.
Ears twitched as Driftwolf tried to brush off what they were doing as mere child’s play, a joke if you will. “I see.” He hummed, glancing down at the she-cat as he moved towards her flank, lightly touching her back with his feathery tail while turning his attention back towards Driftwolf. “Funny, I didn’t seem to think it was a joke either.” He smiled cheerfully, his eyes icy and his tail tip twitching. “I would suggest the lot of you run off, before the storm fully blows in. Maybe go catch something yourselves before Hailgaze begins to wonder what you’ve been up to.” He threatened, his cream, gold and brown marbled pelt ruffling in the strong howling wind that had a cold bite to it. Nostrils flaring slightly as he watched the others with an almost bored expression, gently giving Lavendermoon a little nudge with his broad paw. “Sit up. They feed off of your display.” He whispered softly, if she appeared weak, then she would be devoured. Appear strong, then she was strong.
