Arachnae
Black Widow of The Crimson Moon
The sounds of cars and chattering from the people had caused Ara’s ears to perk up slightly when stepping out of the abonandoned warehouse, light blue eyes were scanning the area for any felines that could be witnesses. Once seeing the coast was clear, her long feathery tail flicked for a moment and the small ginger and white molly soon saw The Wraith coming out of the shadows and stepping into the empty alleyway with her. The Wraith and Black Widow had just finished a mission, search and destroy some trading supplies that a rival gang was going to ship to an enemy of the Infinity.
With Ara and the Wraith’s skills and knowledge, the two were able to get rid of the Poisonous herbs that would had been fatal to any gangs if eaten. Although there were a couple of guards that stood in Ara and Wraith’s pathway, the two were able to work together as a team and take them out. Turning back to look at the Wraith for a moment, Ara scanned his body to see a couple of scratches on his pelt. The ginger and white molly noticed the muscles ripping through his forelegs and the relaxed expression that rested on his face. Ara noticed that she was staring for a bit too long and quickly turned to look away as The Wraith soon joined her side and the two began padding towards the direction of the Infinity base.
“You were good out there” Ara complimented, with a short dip of her head. After months of intense training from The Wraith, she figured him out quite well. Although the black Bengal and Ara had never talked about their personal lives, their relationship was strictly professional. Although the molly was quite curious of her companion, she never bothered asking about his life. Perhaps he ran away from home at a young age and didn’t want to speak of it.. Or he was dropped off at the Infinity’s front entrance like she had been with the Crimson Moon. However the Crimson Moon taught her something: Don’t ask too many questions or you might end up dead.
Letting out a soft sigh through her nostrils, she beckoned her head towards a quiet spot in the alleyway once they hit a couple of blocks from the warehouse “We should hide out here, a couple of gang members will be lurking through the night searching for us” Ara pointed out. They couldn’t go back to their headquarters otherwise it would be leading the enemy straight to Infinity. The ginger and white molly remained silent for a couple of moments before turning to look at the dark Bengal, it was silent between them before she spoke “Is your real name the Wraith?” Ara couldn’t help but question with a curious look. f70505
