Cotton candy clouds hung thickly in the early morning skies, piles upon piles of snow littered the once beautiful moors leafbare was well underway. It hadn't been long since windclan had completely split in half. Those who had thought the previous leader was unjustly slain in order for the current leader to step up in the ranks. They had split away to the outskirts of the clan territory as a way to stand up for their beliefs. It had felt as if it happened all rather quickly, the young molly was truly unsure what exactly was going on but had felt the need to support her only friend.
Havenpaw had been curled up in her makeshift nest her ears flickering slightly as the wind tugged along the ground any form of sound blending in with it. The small molly had come to realize that this time of the year just wasn't the best for her. Ever since her incident when she had been made an apprentice so many moons ago, she was left close to being completely blind only being able to really see things that were right up close to her. She had spent so long trying to reteach herself how to do things like any regular apprentice could determine to be like the rest of her peers. At first, she had feared that she'd be forced to retire early, living out her days in camp doing the bare minimal, thanks to her lovely mentor and her friend she was able to overcome that part of her life.
Now? It was her and the wintery seasons, the snow made things blend together and any form or movement was nearly missed by the molly. To put it rather softly the feline was rather miserable in her current state, and it would only get worse since she's out here surrounded by things that were unfamiliar to her. Though if you were to ask her how she felt about her choice to follow alongside Pinepaw and the crew she would always say that she'd make the choice over and over again. The molly supported her friend in just about anything they believed in and quite frankly she'd feel rather lost without him anyways.
Letting out a soft sigh the molly had lifted her head from her paws turning her head from side to side to see if she could sense them nearby. Squinting her eyes slightly in the hops that perhaps her vision would play nice for once she let out a small little pout. "Pinepaw...?" She called out softly.
